Founder & Managing Director, Coltivano™

Cynthia Tucker is the Founder and Managing Director of Coltivano™, a leadership and culture advisory partnering with mid-sized companies to strengthen the leadership systems that enable organizations to scale with clarity, coherence, and integrity.

With more than 25 years as an executive, consultant, and behavioral scientist, she helps organizations navigate the evolving demands of scaling:  rapid growth, stalled momentum, or strategic inflection, building the leadership capability required for performance that endures.

Her experience across technology, healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, and education revealed a defining insight: strategy sets direction, but leadership determines whether an organization can keep pace with what growth requires next.

Pursuing that insight, she studied Human Development, Leadership, and Psychology at Harvard, deepening her understanding of how leaders evolve, how cultures adapt, and how organizations sustain momentum through complexity.

Her work centers on the leadership systems that shape how organizations align, decide, and execute. She integrates neuroscience, developmental psychology, and business know-how into a practical  approach that strengthens how leaders think, lead, and work together. She has advised executives and senior teams through rapid growth, transformation, and post-merger integration strengthening the clarity and cohesion that allow organizations to move faster, lead better, and scale with purpose and coherence.
