She is a former executive, management consultant, and behavioral scientist with over 25 years of business experience.  Cynthia is a powerhouse.  She is passionate about leveraging her extensive business experience, a Master’s degree in Human Development, Leadership & Psychology from Harvard, and an MBA from SUNY to help clients develop strong leaders, create great cultures, and align people and strategy to achieve extraordinary results.
