Cynthia Tucker
Founder & Managing Director, Coltivano™
Cynthia Tucker founded Coltivano to help leaders and organizations grow without losing what makes them distinct.
Across executive leadership, consulting, and coaching roles, she saw a recurring pattern: as organizations grow, change, or face greater complexity, the leadership system that once supported performance often no longer meets what the next stage requires.
In mid-sized companies especially, the challenge is rarely ambition. It is whether leadership capacity, alignment, accountability, and culture can evolve fast enough to sustain performance as the organization scales. Coltivano was built in response to that reality.
Cynthia brings more than 25 years of experience spanning business leadership, executive coaching, and organizational consulting. She has held leadership roles across marketing, finance, operations, and general management, and has advised leaders and organizations through growth, transformation, and strategic change.
She has worked with or advised organizations including Accenture, Corning, Citi, Xerox, ADP, and BlueCross BlueShield. Across those experiences, she developed a clear conviction: strategy may set direction, but leadership determines whether an organization can keep pace with growth.
That conviction led her to deepen her work through graduate study at Harvard University, where she earned an EdM in Human Development, Leadership, and Psychology.
Combined with an MBA and undergraduate study focused on the sociology of organizations, that foundation informs Coltivano’s integration of neuroscience, developmental psychology, and business know-how.
Today, through Coltivano, Cynthia partners with mid-sized companies navigating growth, complexity, stalled momentum, and strategic inflection points. She helps leaders strengthen how they lead so alignment, accountability, and performance can scale with greater clarity, cohesion, and integrity.
Because growth does not only test strategy. It tests whether leadership can evolve without losing what makes the organization distinct.
