Cynthia Tucker

Founder & Managing Director, Coltivano™

Cynthia Tucker is the Founder and Managing Director of Coltivano™, a leadership and culture advisory firm partnering with mid-sized companies to strengthen the leadership systems required for growth with clarity, coherence, and scalable performance.

With more than 25 years of experience as an executive, consultant, and leadership advisor, she helps organizations navigate rapid growth, stalled momentum, and strategic inflection by building the leadership capacity and alignment performance requires to endure.

Her experience across technology, healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, and education revealed a defining truth: strategy sets direction, but leadership determines whether an organization can keep pace with what growth requires next. That insight led her to Harvard, where she earned a master’s degree in Human Development, Leadership, and Psychology, deepening her understanding of how leaders evolve, how cultures adapt, and how organizations sustain momentum through complexity.

Today, her work focuses on the leadership systems that shape alignment, decision-making, and execution. Grounded in neuroscience, developmental psychology, and business know-how, she brings a practical, evidence-informed approach to helping leaders think more clearly, lead more effectively, and work together with greater coherence. She has advised executives and senior teams through growth, transformation, and post-merger integration, strengthening the clarity and cohesion that allow organizations to move faster, lead stronger, and scale to the next level of growth.
