Pre-Program: Strategic Onboarding

Before the first session, each participant completes a targeted diagnostic. What emerges is not a generic development plan, but  a precise picture of where the gap between current leadership capacity and what the role now requires is most consequential.

Week 1

The foundation everything else depends on is built here.

Cynthia Tucker is Founder and Managing Director of Coltivano™, where she helps leaders and organizations grow without losing what makes them distinct.

Across executive leadership, consulting, and coaching roles, she saw a recurring pattern: as organizations grow, change, or face greater complexity, the leadership system that once supported performance often no longer meets what the next stage requires. That insight informs The Coltivano Executive Intensive™, helping leaders strengthen how they lead so growth can scale with greater clarity, cohesion, and integrity.

Cynthia brings more than 25 years of experience spanning business leadership, executive coaching, and organizational consulting. She earned an EdM in Human Development, Leadership, and Psychology from Harvard University, in addition to an MBA, and integrates neuroscience, developmental psychology, and business know-how to help leaders build the capacity required for performance that endures.

Is this relevant if our growth has slowed or plateaued?

Yes. The Intensive is designed for leadership contexts where momentum has slowed, priorities are shifting, or organizational complexity has outpaced existing leadership systems. It helps senior teams clarify direction, rebuild alignment, and restore organizational coherence whether your organization is accelerating, stabilizing, or recalibrating for what comes next.

What’s the weekly time commitment?

The program is designed to fit the realities of senior leadership schedules. Each week includes:

  • One live 2-hour executive session
  • Optional 2-hour peer deep dive
  • Short integration practices between sessions

The total time commitment is approximately 3-4 hours per week, including reflection and application.

What if I need to miss a session?

Because candor and psychological safety are central to the cohort experience, sessions are not recorded.

If you need to miss a session, you will receive the week’s frameworks, tools, and integration practices so you can continue progressing without losing momentum. The greatest value, however, comes from being in the room for the live executive dialogue.

How does this differ from coaching?

The Executive Intensive addresses the leader in organizational context building the systems, alignment, and accountability structures that allow leadership capacity to translate into organizational performance. That is a different job. The two are complementary, not interchangeable.

Can I expense this?

Many organizations fund executive development for senior leaders, especially programs tied to strategic alignment, organizational performance, or leadership capacity building.

We can provide program information or documentation to support your request, and leaders often position participation as a strategic investment in clarity, alignment, and organizational execution.

What happens during the Strategic Fit Conversation?

The Strategic Fit Conversation clarifies your leadership goals, organizational context, and readiness for the Intensive. It is not a sales call; it is a structured dialogue designed to ensure alignment between what you need and what the program is designed to deliver.

Together, we assess fit, timing, and focus so that participation supports both your development and the outcomes that matter most in your business.

Can a leadership team enroll together?

Yes. Senior leaders may participate individually or as part of a leadership team. Executives from the same organization or from different companies may be part of the cohort. The program is designed to support both individual leaders and groups navigating shared strategic challenges.

How selective is the cohort?

Seats are intentionally limited to protect depth, discretion, and the quality of executive dialogue. Applications are reviewed individually to ensure the cohort includes leaders whose goals, experience, and context support high-level engagement and shared learning.
