Cynthia Tucker is a business leader, behavioral scientist, and executive coach with more than 25 years of experience leading and advising organizations through growth, transformation, and complexity. Her career spans leadership roles in marketing, finance, operations, and general management, executive coaching and organizational consulting.
She has worked with or advised organizations including Accenture, Corning, Citi, Xerox, ADP, BlueCross BlueShield, Greenway Medical Technologies, and Harvard University helping senior teams navigate growth, align strategy with culture, and sustain performance.
Cynthia holds a Master’s degree in Human Development, Leadership & Psychology from Harvard University and an MBA from the State University of New York at Buffalo. Her approach integrates neuroscience, developmental psychology, and business experience helping leaders evolve how they think, decide, and lead so growth can scale without eroding what makes the organization distinct.

What’s the weekly time commitment?
The program is designed to fit the realities of senior leadership schedules. Each week includes:

The total time commitment is approximately 3-4 hours per week, including reflection and application.
What if I need to miss a session?
Because candor and psychological safety are central to the cohort experience, sessions are not recorded.
If you need to miss a session, you will receive the week’s frameworks, tools, and integration practices so you can continue progressing without losing momentum. The greatest value, however, comes from being in the room for the live executive dialogue.
